空调压缩机是汽车四大制冷系统中的心脏，主要用于压缩机空气，本身并不制冷，一般只要不是烧泵或者拉缸都可以修复，压缩机只要不漏，那么制冷过程中的问题都不属于压缩机，需要检查其他管路或者添加雪种

自己动手更换空调泵头电磁离合器，多图。
前几天开公司的小三出去办事突然没有空调了，打开引擎盖看到空调泵头电磁离合器没吸合，因为是突然没有空调应该可以排除漏氟造成系统压力过低引起的泵头不吸合，开到四儿子那他们说换压缩机，加材料、工时将近4000，自己估计应该是泵头线圈损坏，决定自己动手排除。手机拍照清洗度有限各位童鞋将就着看，一个人施工加拍照拆完约一个小时，配件到了装好大约半小时。
& &&&首先测量泵头供电是否正常，确定是否泵头损坏。

拔下泵头插头测量供电是否正常，经检测发现拔下插头发车供电正常，一插上泵头电磁离合器可以吸合，但马上跳开，再测电压只有2V左右。

测量电磁线圈阻值为2欧左右，正常应该为4欧左右，明显不正常。

插上泵头后不供电的原因可能是控制电路带不起负荷，也可能是泵头电流过大而保护，为了控制电路供电正常，找来21W雾灯灯泡，接在供电电路上，经检测灯泡能持续点亮，说明供电正常，不供电的原因是泵头电流过大而进入保护状态。

找来水管钳固定泵头压片，拆下固定螺母，拿下泵头压片。

新线圈按拆解相反程序装回，装车实况图，新泵头比就泵头高，本来准备加垫片调整压盘和皮带盘的间隙，安装后发现间隙刚刚好不用调整。
本来准备只换线圈的，但是发现网上单独卖线圈的高度都比原车的高，由于担心装不上才买了总成，经过现场对比没有这个担心的必要，因为可以加减垫片调整间隙。

最后提醒最好不要学我叉车操作，我是条件限制且公司有现成的叉车，大家可以开到车曹或举升机操作，实在条件限制要跟我一样操作千万做好保险措施。

你好；需要检查转向机球头，前减震器压力轴承。转向管柱、转向机等。可以将车辆前轮离开地面转动方向看是否存在故障，如还是存在，可以将转向机两侧的球头拆下再试，还有就要检查转向管柱。
