。无论时间多长。确实贵了.3月份去首保。（我是3800首保的）。不然出问题了没人给你修了.在外面是100元以内。。以后每5000公里的一次保养，收费在4S店是280。其实4S店和厂家就是个骗子。买的时候4S店说明。还便宜。还是第一次听说首保还要钱的。最好6W公里以内都在4S店保养。第一次保养。外面的保养比4s还好，就在外面保养。呵呵.都是免费的。过了车的质量保证期。。我1月份买的2012奔奔MINni。但是你买了新车必须在4S那弄，赚钱哪恩。还有出了首保
我是3个月才保的，也是过保了，但是还是免费，2保花了不到300，就再没去过4S店，都是村里维修店，一样开
首保应该是免费的，平常保养在240左右。你可以找他理论，我去首保时也超时了半个月

& & 去4S店首保只做了机油机滤的更换、防冻液的添加，当时还问师傅是不是需要更换检查变速箱油，师傅说不用换（之前我自己好像在哪个手册上看到过首保需要检查或者更换变速箱油之类的文字，但是拿出保养手册，保养手册上却说不用更换，很是奇怪。）于是就开车回家了。回家后在论坛里看帖子，突然有车友说新奔奔保养是2500或3个月，突然就觉得不对劲，于是拿出说明书，看了一下才发现，说明书上和保养手册的保养里程不一样，赶紧拨打400电话，询问了一下，长安客服的MM说，因为是新上市车型，且保养里程与其他长安车型不同，新的保养手册还没到位，所以随车的保养手册都是旧版的，新版的还没有出来，嗨，能理解能理解，于是第二天就打电话到长安4S店，于是得到回应是，首保确实还需要更换变速箱油和汽油滤芯。于是让我尽快店里补上。

& & 第二次是抽工作日午休时间去的，由于上班的地方和4S并不是太远，就选择了中午，其实整体都很满意，就是为啥中午没有客户餐，哪怕就给馒头给块酱豆腐也好啊！吐槽下哈！这次准备做汽滤和变速箱油的更换，而且我的新奔奔在跑高速时100―110公里时速的时候，方向盘抖动厉害，而超过110公里后就又不抖动了，跟服务顾问反映了一下，说给免费做个动平衡就好了。但是由于中午时间紧张，就只更换了汽滤和变速箱油。

&&& 有关汽车首保和保养周期的问题，目前存在许多误区。南都记者发现，很多车主在其他车友提供的建议中无所适从，信息铺天盖地却说法不一。记者采访了汽车佛山万顺达特约销售店售后服务部的龚家华先生和汽车合现特约店的徐国烘经理，对这些问题进行一一解答。
&&& 1首保按提车日期来算
&&& 问：汽车首保时间是按照提车日期还是汽车发动机上标明的出厂日期？
&&& 答：按提车日期来算。
&&& 2首保两指标，以先到的为准
&&& 问：汽车首保有的是按里程算，有的是按时间算，到底以哪个为准？
&&& 答：首保时间有里程和时间两个指标，看哪个先到，以先到的为准。其中一个超出都会影响质保。根据厂家给出的首保时间，万顺达店是公里或者3个月。车主提车2个半月之后，经销店会在剩下的半个月内不断提醒车主来店首保，以免造成首保过期的尴尬局面。
&&& 北京合现店的首保时间是3000公里或者3个月，厂家规定的首保时间是5000公里或6个月。如果超过经销店提供的首保时间但未超过厂家规定日期，不算首保过期。到目前为止，该店90%的客户都会在3000公里时接受首保服务。
&&& 根据厂家明文规定，超过首保日期则视作自动放弃首保权利。如果没进行首保，今后汽车出现质量问题，不予保修，广大车主一定要注意经销商的提示，千万不要错过首保期限。
&&& 3首保时间与车辆情况有关
&&& 问：为什么汽车的首保时间和保养周期不同，有的车只有2000公里，有的却长达8000公里？
&&& 答：汽车的首保时间不同，是由车辆的具体技术情况存在差异造成的。发动机与新车有磨合期，不同车系、品牌甚至车型的汽车配有不同设计的发动机，有些发动机的材质较好、精密度较高，磨损就会相对小一些；有些则对机油的要求更高一些，甚至会有特殊的要求。
&&& 4首保没有必要提前进行
&&& 问：网上有人建议首保要比保养手册上提供的里程提前1000公里进行，常规保养方面，4S店的保养周期也比保养手册上的短，是否有必要提前保养？
&&& 答：龚先生认为首保没有必要提前进行。而徐经理认为，厂家提供的数据和时间是在一种理想的状况下，实际情况中保养的时间和周期可能就要缩短。至于常规保养方面，也与汽车的品牌和使用情况有关，一般是平均每5000公里或者3个月进行一次保养，尤其是换机油非常重要，因为机油是有保质期的。如果汽车使用较少，情况也较好，则可以延长到6个月。
&&& 5首保之后拉高速比较好
&&& 问：有人说如果首保之前就拉高速可以在首保时把里程做掉，而有人认为在首保之后拉高速才不会对爱车的性能造成影响，到底哪种方式更好？
&&& 答：首保之后拉高速比较好。因为拉高速其实是指拉转速，发动机工作转速高，机械的磨损也就增大，而第一箱机油正是金属碎屑最多、杂质最多的，用这些带有大量碎屑的机油去拉高速，就会大大增加发动机的损耗。第一次更换机油过后，发动机经过了一定磨合，刚换的机油碎屑很少，可以达到高速磨合的效果。
&&& 6新车主一般都有相关培训
&&& 问：4S店是否有针对新车主的培训？
&&& 答：现在一般都有相关培训，半个月或者一个月举行一次，把当月购车的车主集中起来进行培训。
