for your consideration for peer review and possible publication in Archives of Medical Research, I wish to state that if the manuscript is not at present being considered for publication elsewhere and that if accepted for publication, it will not be published elsewhere without journal consent. 在未指明要corresponding author签还是first author签的情况下，一般两者都可以签，但通讯作者更稳妥一些。

非常感谢两位，我正在准备弄所有作者的签名呢，这样看来，只要通讯作者的就可以了，应该是这样！
另外，Author name and title(s)，这个Title代表什么啊？是不是Dr或者Professor之类的？

谢谢 自身抗体 及各位战友：还有：这里的签名应该是print name还是signature呢？另外，投稿时上传稿件过程中出现下面的话：而且是必须的！Finally, please remember to upload your Author Agreement (a statement signed by all authors that they have reviewed the manuscript, agree with its contents, and consent to its publication). Please note that offline submission of this form is not allowed 这里好象是signed by all authors，但信件的结尾是这样的：Thank you for your attention. Yours truly, Author name and title(s)Full affiliation, including department/laboratory, etc.这里是Author而不是Authors请指点！！！谢谢

a statement signed by all authors应该是所有作者都要签名，一般来说应该是按照下面这种格式的。

但是我这个好象不是这种格式，它是一个word文档，好象也没有手写签名的地方，好象都可以打字的，如下：

可是还有一点想确证：
上传时显示的是：please remember to upload your Author Agreement (a statement signed by all authors that they have reviewed the manuscript, agree with its contents, and consent to its publication). Please note that offline submission of this form is not allowed这里是 All authors，但信件中结尾处只有Author，而不是authors，就象rmys所说，只有通讯作者或第一作者，我觉得有道理，因为作者那么多，有时都10位以上，把每个人的签名、详细地址、邮箱、电话等等都搞上去，好象没有多大意思吧？主要怕弄错了人家笑话，关键是怕耽误时间，请继续指教，谢谢！！！

signed by all authors 是指所有人的签名除了通讯作者的详细地址、邮箱、电话等需要详细写出外，其他人有签名和日期即可。

谢谢自身抗体，应该这样最理想。
要么我在author name and title下面把通讯作者及详细资料用打字的方式打上去，然后把每个人的签名及时间拍照后附到信件的最后。
我想这样可能合理一点，既满足了上传时的要求：体现了每个作者的同意。又满足了信件结尾author的要求，不是所有作者。
