  说起葱油,就不得不提下老家有名早点“簸箕粄”,相信很多人还是品尝过它的美味的
  葱油和簸箕粄,可以说是绝配,也是这道小吃的灵魂
  没有它,簸箕粄的味道就没有发挥的那么淋漓尽致
  熬葱油,也是这道小吃的关键,葱油的渣千万别给丢弃了,吃的就是它酥脆,香气逼人的那一口
  葱油拌面是一道美味可口的小面食,相信很多人都做过。
  是将煮熟的面条放上葱油一起伴着吃。
  在所有面系里,最简单的应该属葱油拌面了。
  熬香的葱油和面条一起拌着来吃,面条有韧劲又滑爽,葱油的香味扑鼻而来,是真心的好吃咯。

  【食材】
  葱1把、意大利天使面少许、盐巴、玉米油、生抽少许
  【做法】
  1、先熬葱油,小葱一把洗净沥干水分
  2、洗好的葱切段,后面总结经验应该要切碎比较好,最起码不要太长
  3、起锅,倒入玉米油,建议用味道不那么重的油,不要用花生油。
  4、等油温升起来后,倒入葱段,小火慢慢熬,悠着点不要熬糊了
  5、沥干油,把炸好的葱剪碎,这就是我上面说的不要切那么长的好处了,可以省这步
  6、取一干净的玻璃瓶,把香葱碎装入玻璃瓶,再把葱油倒入,混合均匀,一瓶香喷喷的葱油就做好了。
  7、盘里放少许盐巴,锅里烧水,水开后放入意大利面
  8、煮面的时间要长点,面条煮软后捞出,夹入盘里和盐巴混合均匀,在倒入葱油搅拌均匀,可以倒适量生抽调味
