2PVC胶水使用方法
　　第一、首先要将被粘物表面的油污、尘垢等清理干净，保持清洁干燥。
　　第二、直接将PVC胶液均匀地涂抹于两个被粘物的表面，等待5—10分钟，直至胶膜略显不粘手并且有干触感时，将两被粘物对准进行粘合，稍加压力可以使粘合面更加贴合密实，大约放置1—2个小时即可，4—6小时会达到一定的强度，24小时达到最高强度。
　　第三、如果需要提高粘接的强度和耐温性，可以在材料的表面预涂处理剂，并在PVC胶液中加入5%—8%的固化剂充分搅匀，这样可以明显提高粘接强度和耐温性，如果在60—75℃的温度环境下进行热活化4—7分钟再粘接效果更佳，注意加入固化剂的胶液必须在12小时内使用完。
3PVC胶水使用注意事项
　　第一、PVC胶水属于易燃品，使用时要注意通风透气，并且应避免与明火接触。
　　第二、使用后应将容器盖紧，以免胶体凝固。
　　第三、PVC胶水应放置在阴凉处并且密封贮存，一般贮存期为1年，使用贮存的剩余胶液时，最后先少量使用检验是否合格。
　　第四、不要轻易移动黏接面，以免空气进入而影响其强度。
　　第五、PVC胶水应尽量放置在儿童接触不到的地方，以免误食。
4PVC胶水怎么洗掉
　　第一、衣服沾到PVC胶水怎么洗掉
　　1、可以倒一点绝缘油在衣服上，可以使PVC胶水很快变软，并且可以洗净。
　　2、PVC胶水是一种树脂胶，只要使用可以溶解树脂的有机溶剂便可将其洗掉，例如丙酮，但丙酮有毒，使用时要注意。
　　3、如果衣服上只是小面积粘上PVC胶水，可以用热水浸泡一下，如果是大面积沾上PVC胶水，则建议涂上丙酮，约5—10分钟就可以除去。
　　第二、手上沾到PVC胶水怎么洗掉
　　最好的方法是使用松香剂进行稀释，然后慢慢擦拭，但松香剂的气味比较难闻，可以用香皂或洗手液等清洗以去掉气味。
