& & 10款手舒用了两年，终于还是经不住诱惑，入手了，本来是想等新款安卓上市了再换的，可没有合适的机头，多功能按键如同虚设，看了下RCD510就几百块，先解解馋了

机头内部插头对插，没什么技术含量的，本来想自制山寨AUX插头的，想想USB转接线自己是没办法搞定的，只能买了，方头接口真的很少又贵，顺便多出20块买了个AUX转接线，反正出了趟邮费，完美对接

因为之前没准备好USB转换线，所以后来又多拆了次机头
机头复位后，开机输入密码后就正常使用了
VCDS扫描故障码，清除，最后只剩下（56-收音调谐器 -- 状态: 未注册 0001）
进入19-CAN网关-编码控制-长编码帮助，到 [56]收音调谐器（模拟））打勾即可
关于AUX和USB编码问题
装机后AUX是亮的，所以不管什么编码，原车插孔也缺转换线不能用，后来转换线到货了，接上测试OK
USB山寨转换线接好后，其选项是灰的，开始用VCDS连接电脑，结果发现没有编码帮助，只能钻论坛搜索了，

后来了解到第四项改成24就有USB了，第五项04改成02是没有后门喇叭的状态，实在没办法还改成原来的，因为原来的没有故障码，真没辙了，拿了个U盘插上试试。结果，插上U盘马上USB选项就亮了，开始播放里面的歌，又欣喜又抓狂啊
全部测试都OK了，买了张12寸的保护膜，自己量下CD屏幕尺寸裁剪，已经贴上去了

第二章 安装多功能方向盘
& &一直对多功能方向盘情有独钟，GTI的可以用原来的气囊，但是太贵，高6豪华的换方向盘总成，全套也比换GTI便宜，本人不追求什么手感，舒适型的塑胶的觉得都不错，有多功能按键就行了，曾经想过用原车的舒适型方向盘自己挖洞，安上GTI方向盘的按键，考虑到风险太大，最终还是放弃了
跳蚤市场淘来的途观方向盘，没有拍特写。比拆车件贵点，比X宝件便宜点呵呵
拆掉原厂方向盘，过程不多讲，不懂的自己搜，也可以借鉴我之前的帖子

新方向盘使用感受：真皮的比塑胶的手感滑顺，用惯了塑胶的还是喜欢原来的，还有就是真皮被太阳晒了之后，实在太烫了，就是人家讲的冬冷夏热，所以一直纠结要不要包座椅。喇叭按键没原车的弹性好，不知道是不是内部搞出来的NG品，还有点是安装前比较了下豪华气囊插口的针脚跟原来舒适气囊的不一样，不过电脑显示气囊没故障码，也就不纠结了

关于方向盘编码
先截图备份下原来的，一直没仔细琢磨编码问题，论坛找来几个试了都不行，最后细看长编码帮助，其实很简单

前面几位全部为0
倒数第4位区分手动和自动，我的手动还是0.
倒数第3位就是方向盘了，有什么没什么自己看着办，有一点就是有同样的硬件里面有两个数，1-4=LIN1.3/5-8=LIN2.0就是区分方向盘类型吧，我分别试了1和5，最终5是正确的（据说是途观方向盘）。
倒数第2位是巡航，我的已经装了，闪烁灯柱型的选3。
最后一位是后雨刷和仪表板电脑，我的选4
所以最终是0000534故障码全部消失，想想原来装定速巡航手柄的时候就是改的编码后几位034，现在只不过换了个多功能方向盘，改成了534而已，呵呵

第三章&&原厂螺丝改装防盗螺丝
&&首先声明，这个只是个人成果拿出来秀下而已，非广告、非卖品
&&一直以为原车带防盗螺丝的，说明书上也有，备胎处也有个六角位，以为那个被4S吃掉了呢，后来论坛搜搜确实没有，虽然麻花加纸糊不值钱，但万一车子被砖头垫在那里也是件麻烦事。
X宝高6的螺丝大把，一种就是普通的齿形的，那个太普遍了，人家没有合适的工具来拆的，才能防盗嘛，还有比较异形的就贵了
鉴于自己的工作专业，搞这个很简单的，只做简单介绍，不做详细说明，因为没有设备个人是没办法做成的。
首先自己设计下要改的形状，用原来14的套筒改了一个

第四章 原车CD废物利用做音响
原车的CD没人要的，自己整整玩吧，之前也看到过很多TX改成家用音响，只不过那些造型真的…嘿嘿
用原来的面板描的外框配合测量画图加工（未完成）
看了下CD后面的尾线网上也有得买，不过那些线真的是暴利，尤其是那个冷门的方头USB插头，装RCD510不想太山寨买了条线。网上找资料，看人家的作业，终于找到了方头USB脚针的定义了，USB跟AUX插针就自己DIY了，少了很多成本呢。

还缺的东西就买了，看了下就几块钱成本而已，做到这一步之后就随便接了几根线试机了，也就杯具了，找了个小的12V的蓄电池，没注意把电源正负极接反了，CD机的保险丝烧了，结果开机一试，发现只有CD跟收音机可用，AUX跟USB没作用，AUX就3根线不会错的，USB不知道有没有问题，把绿色白色线对调过也没反应，不知道是不是内部什么原件烧了，拆机看了下也没找到问题原因，就算音响做好了，没有USB输入，也只能是个败笔之作了
本人对电子方面了解生疏，如有高手路过请指点一二

如果不能就找改装店吧不是特别一定能改，可以去当地SSSS问问能不能直接换，如果能是最好了
