& && &08年的2.0AT，12年9月底60000kml保养，行驶时换挡感觉不润，有点滞，1档进2档油门急一些有冲击感。当时就寻思啥时要换变速箱油了，一直在各个坛子里找换09G波箱油作业，都是重力法最多换4升左右，09G变速箱内装机时波箱油是7升，就是说有3升油用重力法一次是无法换出来。有TX到70000KM才换的09G波箱油，所以我也准备到72000KM保养时一起换波箱油，波箱油用和的1升1瓶的原厂油，不想到4S买油换油，想在网上买波箱油，到上次保养的地方去常规重力法换，网上最低70多，但真假无从辨别，纠结中。

& & 在搜寻作业和波箱油的过程中，无意搜到了爱信变速箱油，一个激灵，09G波箱不是爱信的6速自动变速箱吗？遂网上深入了解爱信波箱油AFW和AFW+，包括淘宝上询多个卖家，却始终无法得到此油的任何参数，也找不到此油符合波箱油认证的任何承诺，淘宝上海长日介绍，有爱信厂家的人员参观其公司，也有授权经销的说明，看波箱油销售的评价，感觉此家店较为靠谱放心些，同时通过其他渠道证实长日是爱信在上海的一家代理。长日说，问过厂家，波箱油参数是业秘密，厂家不给，爱信波箱用爱信波箱油，打个比喻就是喝母乳啊，厂家也不会花钱去做大众波箱油的任何认证啊。感觉有些道理，想要辩解，却无从说起。同时，看到爱信波箱油在上海购买能够优惠享受用机器循环更换波箱油的介绍，一次性完全换清波箱油。坛子里也没有TX有这个作业先例，其它坛子里倒是找到爱信其它变速箱循环法换爱信AFW或AFW+波箱油的作业，但都不是09G变速箱，在长日爱信波箱油的销售评价中倒是有大众车换这个油的好评。爱信AFW半合成波箱油1桶4升油优惠时约200元出头些，价格比大众原厂的波箱油有些优势。观念中一直认为09G变速箱油只能重力法更换，维修手册上也是这样说明的，同时也一直认为大众车上的09G变速箱油只能用大众OEM的波箱油。用爱信波箱油和循环法换09G波箱油，是要当小白鼠啊，有些犹豫和不放心，遂一直惦记，一直关注。

& && &11月中旬起终于忍不住想做小白鼠了。但专程去上海实体店买油当场换，好是好，既花时间，总体换油性价比也不高。计划淘宝买油，在当地找循环法换09G波箱油的地方去更换。功夫不负有心人，终于找到当地找爱信维修点，同时发现本地也有爱信油代理商，价格也可以商量。经过实地考察维修点，这家店有爱信循环法换油的机器，估计能换，实际与维修技师聊下来，才知道这里只换过日系车的自动变速箱，09G的变速箱没换过，看来真要实打实地做小白鼠了。

& & 循环法换波箱油，一次需10升~12升，一桶4升，要买3桶，AFW油说是半合成油，AFW+是全合成油，但换油期限是一样的，爱信推荐时2~4万KM，我认为既然这个油能用在09G波箱上，按照大众60000KM再换波箱油应该是没问题的。据说09G内的原厂波箱油是半合成的，所以就准备买３桶AFW油换。最终决定在长日买油，因为优惠多些，实际还送了小礼物，爱信的一个购物袋和两个爱信水杯。同时长日的金总不厌其烦的指导实际如何循环换油和注意事项，十分感谢他。

& && &12年12月15日，里程63710km，带好三桶爱信AFW波箱油，到当时爱信维修点去了，按照我要求先拆波箱底壳清洗后循环法更换波箱油。实际上，怠速时波箱油出来的压力挺大的，管子不好控制，漏了一些旧油和新油，管子阀门无法适应波箱出油压力，为避免波箱断油或过油太快浪费新油，期间发动机启停过三次，最终用了14~15升油，除12升自带，剩下的用了更换机中留存的爱信波箱油。根据金总的指导和实际换油的经历，自己整理了一下，先拆波箱底放４升旧油再循环法彻底更换09G波箱油的方法，写出来供大家参考并指教。

更换波箱油方法：
1、5053线检测油温，在35--45度之间，可以进行换油工作。
2、拆下放油螺丝和检查螺丝，拆波箱底，放油约4升，清洗或更换波箱底和滤网，上好滤网和波箱底，只上检查螺丝。
3、拆波箱油冷，启动一下汽车发动机，油冷下出油的孔接更换机收旧油管子，另一个孔接更换机出新油的管子。对于速腾的09G变速箱，中间的孔是出旧油的，旁边的孔是进新油的。
4、向更换机加注新油，注意留下半桶2L，以便最后添加之用。关闭收旧油管子的阀门，开启更换机，波箱处于P档，启动发动机怠速，新油随即进入波箱。
5、等新油加入约4升，开启收旧油管子的阀门，收旧油和进新油同时进行，注意控制收油管阀门和进新油管阀门，使油的流速慢一些，慢慢进行循环，这样清洗波箱内部更干净。
6、待更换机透明管子都是新油颜色，关闭更换机上收旧油阀门，继续向波箱内加注新油，同时注意波箱底检查螺孔，若有新油滴出，则关更换机，上好波箱油底放油螺丝即完成，汽车发动机可以在关更换机后随即关闭。

1、到目前为止，没有09G换油管子的的正规接头，所以旧油管子和新油管子在波箱那头压力较大，要始终按着，不然波箱油会喷出来。
2、爱信更换机侧面的两根管子，靠上蓝管是向波箱进新油的，靠下的红管是从波箱收旧油的。
3、假如油多了，也可打开更换机上旧油排油的阀，让波箱里面多余的通过旧油管排出来
4、一开始关闭更换机收旧油管子阀门，原因是油底壳已放了近4升旧油，波箱中油只有3升左右，假如开着收旧油管子，相当于怠速时只有一直三升油在波箱内，对娇贵的09G波箱是一个威胁， 09G波箱可能因此而内部损伤。
5、同时可以参照09G维修手册上换油的规程和要遵守的注意事项，能用到循环换油法中就尽量用。
6、注意，明锐09G变速箱油冷下的出油孔和进油孔与速腾的不一样，可以参看明锐论坛精华作业。

实际循环换油时间在20分钟左右，加上清洗波箱底壳，总共花费40~60分钟之间。
据了解，上海南京现在都可以循环法更换09G波箱油了，技术也比较纯熟。
更换波箱油至今67200KM才发贴，一个是码字发图麻烦，有些懒，另外一个是想看看换波箱油后的感觉。

建议按照大众维修手册上，09G重力法换波箱油后确定最终液位的方法，来添加或放掉些波箱油，确定最终波箱内波箱油的最终液面高度。

在换09G波箱油后立即检查液位方式（大众维修手册的方法，我整理了一下）
1、停车状态下，换到所有档位位置一次，每个位置必须停留10秒
2、怠速，P档，波箱油温度35~45度之间，温度过低会导致波箱液加注过多，过高则相反
3、旋下波箱底壳螺丝，波箱油从溢流管流出，大约每秒1滴，则表示液位合适。
转载乘版精华作业提到确定09G波箱液位的说明：
发动车，让档位在P，R，N，D各档位都停留片刻。拧下自动变速箱观察窗螺丝，如看见滴油，就说明新的ATF已经超过规定的油平面了。（如果没有滴油，那还得继续加）接着再拧上自动变速箱观察窗螺丝，然后最后再拧上自动变速箱放油螺丝

相关论坛：茬妹从汽车市场调查中发现，自动挡车型越来越受喜爱，同时自动变速器的维修频率也在不断攀升。也由此发现大部分车主并不清楚如何合理保养、维修自动变速器。往往直到需要维修时，才发现原来它的维修成本比修理还要高。大部分人在维修中有一些误区：误区一：变质才换自动变速器油的更换周期是以行驶公里数或使用时间为准，如果车辆使用手册未标明，则按照6万-8万公里的里程来更换。误区二：两种换油方式“手换”操作方便，耗时少，缺点是换油不彻底，只能放掉四分之一至三分之一旧油液，大约是4升。“机换”整个过程约需1小时，需油12升左右。这种换油方式的优点是换油比较彻底，能够放掉85%以上的旧油液。值得注意的是，两种换油方法都要在启动的情况下进行。更换自动变速器油液，在操作的时候必须是在热车的状态下，更换前应行驶20分钟以上，不能冷车换油。换油时要启动发动机，把各挡位从P挡到N、D、L1、L2等挡位来回拨动，然后才开始换油液。误区三：无需换油很多车主，并没有养成更换自动变速器油的意识。而更换了劣质油和不按型号换油，也会导致自动变速器“短命”。自动变速箱油经常以被忽视的形象存在，等发现的时候才知道原来成本很高，所以注意自动变速箱的维护和保养尤为重要。
