上篇作业里，把三换了，空寂流量计洗了，氧传感器洗了，节气门洗了，就剩下这喷油嘴了。向帕协的圈圈同学讨教了下，就开始准备洗喷油嘴的工具了。工具和材料有：75%以上的酒精，电瓶钳子，电瓶，超声波清洗机，化清剂等。

打开发动机护罩就可以看到油轨和四个喷油嘴啦：

拔掉喷油嘴插头，用万用表都量了下电阻，圈圈说12欧左右就说明是正常的，喷油嘴没有问题。

拆掉油管，还有燃油压力阀的管子，还有油轨的六角螺丝，轻轻往上提，油轨就看拿掉了。然后就是一个一个的拆掉喷油嘴，喷油嘴上有卡箍，用手就可以去掉，不需要工具，然后把喷油嘴拔掉，可能要需要点力气。拆这些管路的时候，要注意，有汽油泄露的，身边最好准备灭火器，虽然可能性不大，但是还是以防万一，有备无患嘛！

拆下来的喷油嘴。喷油嘴的上下都有密封圈，洗之前要把密封圈去掉，以免让密封圈硬化。

这就是油轨，看到四个孔里的密封圈了吗，这就是喷油嘴的上密封圈，记得给取出来。油轨就用化清剂尽情的喷吧。每个孔都用化清剂的加长管插到里面喷。至少我的油轨里清洗出很多的污垢，这些污垢都是附着在管壁的。

这是拆下来的燃油压力阀，拆燃油压力阀的时候，用钳子把卡在它上面的卡子用劲往外把就可以。然后左右晃动压力阀，一点一点的拔出来。压力阀的下部也有个密封圈，用化清剂喷前，既然给取下来，以免硬化。从上图可以看出来，燃油压力阀还是很脏的，也与很多渣滓附着在滤网上，压力阀不能用超声波清洗，只能用化清剂喷，重点洗滤网。
& & 接下来就是给喷油嘴泡三温暖啦。哈哈。往超声波清洗机里倒入酒精，让喷油嘴浸泡在里面，设定时间，开始清洗：

这个过程中，就看清楚的看到污垢开始慢慢地被析出。如果一次你觉得洗的不彻底，可以再洗一次，然后用卫生纸或者毛巾把喷油嘴上的污垢擦擦。接下来是通电清洗喷油嘴，因为喷油嘴内部是电磁阀控制闭合的，只用通电放在超声波里，才能洗到喷油嘴的内部，才能洗干净，更好的雾化。

可以看到洗过以后的液体明显变了颜色。喷油嘴的插头要注意正负极，喷油嘴侧面也有正极标注的。喷油嘴全部通电洗过以后。再通电用化清剂喷洗，把化清剂的压头去掉，顶到喷油嘴进油口。这时你就可以看到有化清剂从喷油嘴喷出来，喷的越高，成雾状最好。就说明洗的很好。
这个过程因为就我一人，无法拍照，所以就木有照片了。化清剂洗过以后，把喷油嘴全部再扔到超声波清洗机里再洗一遍，以防化清剂残留。

以上就是洗好的油轨，燃油压力阀和喷油，大家可以对比对比没有洗过之前的，是不是干净了很多，在把喷油嘴和燃油压力阀装到油轨的时候，在密封圈上抹点机油，利于安装。自此整个清洗过程就完成了。为什么要洗这些，因为喷油嘴堵塞，会造成雾化不好，从而影响喷油脉宽，使之变大，然后最直接的影响就是费油。洗过以后，从5053看了下数据。长期燃油调整下降很多。从而说明洗后的效果还是有的。TX们，如果您的车几年没洗喷油嘴了，那就DIY一下吧，洗洗更健康。呵呵。
