菜谱做法:
1.蛋清和蛋黄分离,蛋黄捏碎。(4个鸡蛋)
2.蛋黄中加入一勺白砂糖,搅拌到糖化。
3.倒入6勺牛奶搅拌均匀。
4.再倒入三勺玉米油搅匀。
5.三勺面粉(三勺冒尖的量)、一点泡打粉和一点盐筛入蛋黄液中,搅拌均匀。
6.搅拌好的蛋黄备用。
7.准备打蛋清,打成图中这样。
8.放一点点盐、一勺白糖、一滴白醋,继续打蛋清。
9.打的有点稠时放第二勺糖,继续打。
10.再放入第三勺糖继续打蛋清,大约15分钟就会变成奶油状,打蛋器挑起来可以立起来。
11.将三分之一搅好的蛋清倒入蛋黄液中,上下、左右搅拌。
12.搅拌均匀后加入三分之一蛋清继续搅拌。最后再加入剩余的蛋清,搅拌均匀。
13.电饭锅里刷上一层玉米油,然后按下煮饭的键预热,跳起即可。将搅匀的蛋糕糊倒入电饭煲,掂几下排气。
14.然后按下煮饭键,2分钟左右会自动跳到保温档,这时用毛巾捂住通风口,闷20分钟;然后再按下煮饭键,2分钟跳至保温档,再用毛巾捂住通风口闷20分钟即可出锅。
15.电饭煲蛋糕做好了。

  夏天到了嘛,冰块就很需要,今天先来个《可食用花朵冰块》的制作方法,估计很多人都会了,第一个就来个简单点的,这里也简单介绍下制作方法。可食用花朵有些人不知道可以参考下维基百科http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Edible_flowers  Some helpful tips:  It’s best to use bigger ice cube molds because the cubes will melt slower in the drinks.  Silicone ice cube trays make it possible to dislodge cubes without breaking them.  To achieve clearer cubes, start with distilled water. Bring water to a boil and boil for 2-3 minutes, then allow water to cool completely before freezing to prevent imperfections. Instead of washing the strawberries under running water, wet a paper towel and brush the dirt off the strawberries. That made for a nice light frosting that was still sturdy enough to frost the entire cake. Spread frosting around the top edge of the cake, then place the final cake layer on top.  Carve cake into a more rounded-looking strawberry shape, if desired.  Frost cake.  Cover with red fondant.  Cut leaves out of green fondant and attach to the fondant covered cake using a very small amount of water.  Draw on seeds using a black food coloring marker. This is only the second cake I've ever covered in fondant. So, believe me when I say it's easier than you might think. I used store bought white fondant and added coloring to it for my decorative pieces. I created a very simple yet festive design to show how easily you can have a beautiful, bakery-quality decorated cake at your next party.  I do have a few tips to keep in mind when working with fondant.  Keep it covered. Fondant will dry out quickly, so it's best to keep it in a zip top bag or wrapped in plastic wrap.  Wear food-handling gloves. No matter how clean I get my hands, by the time I dry them, I end up with lint on them, which ends up in my bright white fondant.  Wear gloves when coloring the fondant too, to prevent stains. I've had red fingers for days when I got coloring on my hands.  Don't use too much cornstarch. It will dry out your fondant.  Use a fondant that tastes good to you. There are many brands of fondant on the market, so find one you really like. There's going to be a lot of it on your cake!  Start by frosting your cake with a nice thick layer of frosting that has been smoothed out really well. It's easiest to add fondant when the frosting has firmed up a bit. I find it best to just pop my cake into the freez the frosting will harden but still be just a bit tacky. Then I wet a paper towel, ring it out, and set it over any bumpy spots.  By gently rubbing over the bumps with my fingers, I can smooth out the rough spots. Measure your cake across the top and the sides then add 2 extra inches to that. So if your cake is 3 inches tall by 8 inches wide you need to roll your fondant out to 16 inches.   第三个来个肉类的,我也是肉类爱好者噢~  《香釉面牛排卷》    One of my favorite German dishes is called Rouladen. Tender strips of beef are smeared with mustard, strewn with salt and freshly ground black pepper, and stuffed with onions and bacon, then rolled up, pinned with toothpicks, fried until browned, and simmered in a delicious gravy.  Today's dish is an Italian-inspired version. Tender cuts of beef are rubbed down with olive oil, freshly ground black pepper and chopped rosemary, then stuffed with strips of sautéed bell peppers, onion, zucchini, and mushrooms. They're rolled up, grilled, and then drizzled with a balsamic vinegar glaze that is infused with garlic, fresh rosemary, and a touch of brown sugar. The result: Molto delizioso!   These rolls are quick to assemble and prepare once you have the prep work of chopping the vegetables and making the glaze done, both of which can be performed hours in advance. The rolls can even be prepared far in advance until they're ready for the grill. They're perfect for grilling outside, fried in a pan or a ribbed cast iron skillet. I live in Washington state, so guess what I opted for? You got it. Who wants to grill outside when it's raining? Let's just say that I make good use of my ribbed cast iron skillet.  The glaze is out-of-this-world amazing.   材料准备  1磅草莓、清洗摘掉顶部,对半切  3匙糖汁  两个酸橙或柠檬  伏特加或龙舌兰酒,可选  留草莓黑色子或者不留,可选  制作步骤  1用搅拌机将草莓和?杯水搅拌至少30秒,以确保充分混合。  2用过滤器过滤草莓子(可以不过滤,过滤后口感会顺滑点)  3添加些许的水(按各人或杯子的分量适量的加)、糖和柠檬汁搅拌,直到糖溶解。  4放剩余的一些草莓和柠檬片, 如果你不想喝得醉醺醺的,就加1或2盎司龙舌兰酒或伏特加,加冰块~ 另一个选择是芡欧鼠尾草种子(参考维基百科http://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E9%BC%A0%E5%B0%BE%E8%8D%89)。 添加一汤匙种子,然后坐等十分钟。加冰块,就可以喝了~!
