KK升级轮毂及轮胎全过程
关于KK轮毂升级，我曾经写过一个帖子：《轮毂及轮胎升级指南》，，里面有详尽的升级参数计算的方法，在这里就不复述了，请大家自己看一下。
一、轮毂参数：

②参数解释：
.圆缘座：轮胎胎唇部位与轮圈接触的密合部位。
.孔距（PCD）：螺栓安装孔的中心连接而成的截面圆的直径。
.中心线：通过轮圈侧断宽面的平分线。
.安装面：和刹车鼓相连接的轮圈中心后部的表面。
.偏位值（ET）：轮圈安装面和轮圈中心线的距离。
..负偏位值：当安装面凸向轮圈内部，此时偏位值为负数，叫负偏位值
..正偏位值：当安装面凹向轮圈内部，此时偏位值为正数，叫正偏位值
..零偏位值：当安装面与轮圈中心线重叠时，此时偏位值为零，叫零偏位值
.后距空间：从安装面到轮圈内缘的距离。
.轮圈直径：从圆缘座而不是轮圈缘量度的垂直高度。
.轮圈宽度：从每个圆缘座外部角而不是轮圈的外缘量度的宽度。
.中心孔：安装在汽车轴头上的轮圈孔。
.X距：轮圈安装面往外一英寸到轮圈肋骨的垂直距离。
③升级轮毂所必须关心的几个参数：
14X5（这里的14指轮毂直径为14迹5指胎环的宽度；一般常见的14悸朱倍嘉14X6的，不适合165/60R14的轮胎）
4X114.3（这里的4指4孔，而114.3为孔距PCD，这个参数是一定要适合的，否则安装时需要Adapter，很少见）
CB73.1（指中心孔，升级轮毂必须大于等于原车的中心孔。如果过大，则要使用中心孔垫环）
ET45（偏距45，如果不合适，可以使用偏距垫来修正）

155表示胎宽
65表示扁平比（胎高/胎宽，百分比）
R表示子午线轮胎
13表示轮毂直径，单位为
73表示载重能力（我查到78为每个轮胎235公斤，73是多少，没找到）
H表示最大允许速度代号（H为210公里）
RIM 4.5代表轮毂的胎环宽度
三、升级原则及选择：
轮毂及轮胎的升级最基本的原则是在外直径变化不大的情况下选择适合参数的可用型号。

②计算及可选型号（均为曾经有人用过的，可以购买到的型号）：
A.原车165/65R13的直径为：531.7mm
B.不改变轮毂直径：175/60R13的直径为：540.2mm，差为8.5mm
这个型号论坛中有TX换过，不过我没有找到这个帖子的链接。
个人评价：如果不升级轮毂，这是轮胎升级的最好规格――毕竟KK的说明书中提到可以使用这个规格的轮胎。
C.主曾使用过的轮胎规格：165/55R14的直径为：537.1mm，差为5.4mm

个人评价：我认为最适合最漂亮的配置――虽然都是鬼子的。不过RAYS轮毂和飞劲的165/55R14实在太难找，估计价格不会太低。
D.Matiz狂人使用的轮胎规格：165/50R15的直径为：546mm，差为14.3mm

个人评价：全套8000米（不知道是4套还是5套）有些过于昂贵，扁平比太低舒适性一定不好。
E.我最终的选择：165/60R14的直径为553.6mm，差为21.9mm
佳通165/60R14轮胎（252米/条）及雅泛迪（S171）14悸朱保400米/只）
个人评价：是最不合适的配置，和原轮胎直径比的差额已经超过了3%，不过却是我能找到的最便宜的14忌斗桨浮Ｋ淙凰俣缺砗屠锍瘫砘嵋虼硕蛔既罚嗟庇诘着躺吡艘坏愕悖呛恰

③动平衡，使用平衡块。内侧使用了卡扣式的平衡块，外侧则使用粘式平衡块（为了外观的漂亮）。

④随轮毂提供的中心孔垫片的规格是67.1mm/73.1mm，塑料制造，尽管我用游标卡迟测量KK的中心孔为66mm，但67.1mm的中心孔垫片垫不上，所以用壁纸刀刮掉了一层才套上，这个工序最浪费时间啦，呵呵。

⑥安装轮毂，随轮毂提供的螺母安装起来很费力，于是将KK原来的螺母安装上。
⑦安装好遮挡住螺栓孔的塑料盖片。这个时候我发现盖片（以及包装）上的LOGO是JS而不是Advanti Racing，NND，怎么回事？假期结束后打电话问问上海!!
⑧四轮定位。

八、轮胎的保养（摘抄自Xcar）
正确的轮胎气压，各汽车制造厂都有特别的规定，请遵循车辆油箱盖内侧或车门上的标示。轮胎胎侧上标明了最高充气压力，千万不可超出最高值。
如下为关于气压的注意事项:
1.轮胎平均每月会少掉0.7公斤/平方厘米的气压，而且轮胎气压随温度的变化而改变：温度每升/降10℃，气压也随之升/降0.07-0.14公斤/平方厘米;因此气压必须在轮胎冷却时测量，而且测量后务必将气门嘴帽盖好请养成经常使用气压表测量气压的习惯，不可用肉眼判断。每月应至少检查一次气压（包括备胎），一般备胎的气压要充得相对高一些，以免日久跑掉。
2.高速公路行驶之前，一定确保气压正确，通常在高速公路行驶时，轮胎气压应提高10%，以减少因屈挠而产生的热量，从而提高行车的安全保障。
3.同一车轴上的两条轮胎应是花纹规格完全相同的，而且应该充同样的气压，否则会影响车辆行驶和操控。
4.车辆行驶时，如果轮胎气压不足，会导致轮胎过热，并因轮胎的接地面积不均匀，而产生不均匀磨耗或胎肩和胎侧快速磨耗，缩短轮胎的使用寿命。同时会增加滚动阻力、加大耗油，而且影响车辆的操控，严重时甚至引发交通事故。
5.气压过高则使车身重量集中在胎面中心上，导致胎面中心快速磨耗不但缩短轮胎的使用寿命，而且降低车辆的舒适性。
6.如发现轮胎气压低于标准20%，临时补气只能是紧急情况下不得已的缓冲之计，无法从根本上解决问题，必须尽快到就近的轮胎店将轮胎拆下来，有专业人员进行检查，否自会导致严重伤亡事故。
1.保证轮胎平衡非常重要，它不仅有助于延长轮胎的使用寿命和车辆性能的正常发挥，更有助于驾驶员的生命安全。
2.不平衡会导致轮胎不规则磨耗和车辆悬挂系统的不必要磨损，而且不平衡的轮胎行驶在路面上也会引起车辆颠簸，从而产生驾驶疲劳。
3.轮胎在第一次安装到轮辋上时就要做好平衡，日后如有修补要重新做平衡。鉴于中国的路况，建议至少每季度到专业轮胎店做一次轮胎平衡。
1.车辆如果撞到马路崖石或在崎岖路面行驶，定位都会受到破坏，而定位不良会导致轮胎不均匀磨耗及快速磨耗。除按规定定期检查外，当你发现车辆出现跑偏或颠簸时，请一定做定位检查。
2.当车辆的悬挂系统和驾驶系统均处于标准状态，而且轮胎与轮辋跑直线，我们称该车正确定位，这样可以有效的保证轮胎的使用寿命、性能发挥，并可以提高舒适性。
因为车身的重量并非平均分摊在四个轮胎上，经常换位有助于保证轮胎的均匀磨耗，从而延长轮胎的使用寿命。通常前轮驱动的车辆每行驶8,000公里时应做换位，而四轮驱动车辆则需要在每6,000公里时换位。做法很简单，只要左前/左后、右前/右后单边互相对调即可，若是车上的备胎是全规格轮胎、也不妨加入对换的行列，那么除了将左前/左后轮互相对调之外，请将备胎移至右前轮、右前轮移至右后轮、右后轮则成为备胎休息。
大家都知道&千里之堤，溃于蚁穴&的道理。轮胎上的刺孔对于驾驶员的生命安全恰恰同于此理，有时候一个小小的轮胎刺孔，如不及时处理最终会导致人员伤亡。因此请时常查看整个胎体是否存在硬武刺穿，如钉子、铁屑、玻璃碎片、石头等，或其它撞伤，这些潜在的隐患都可能导致轮胎漏气，如缺气状态下继续行驶至完全瘪气，则会造成轮胎被轮辋碾裂甚至切碎，从而引发交通事故。
轮胎磨耗到胎面花纹沟深仅剩1.6毫米时就必须被换掉，这时纵贯胎面的磨耗标示胶条便会裸露出来，提醒您该轮胎不能再使用了，否则行驶时回打滑或漂。
补胎务必由专业人士进行。直径小于６毫米的胎面刺孔可以采取内外结合的方法进行修补，而直径大于6毫米的胎面刺孔或任何胎侧刺孔绝对不可以修补，否则将成为安全隐患。从外部用塞拴修补与喷雾型充气修补均属临时性的，应该以永久性修补取代，即将损坏的内衬胶封住并填补破洞。
⑧驾驶习惯:
良好的驾驶习惯有助于保证轮胎及车辆保持良好的使用状态：
1.遵循规定的时速限制。时速过高会加大轮胎屈挠，造成热量过高，气压加大，超出轮胎设计的承受能力时，轮胎就会爆破，引发交通事故。
2.遵循规定的最高载重量，不要超载。轮胎的使用寿命在很大程度上取决于负荷的大小，经常性超载20%会使轮胎的使用寿命缩短至正常寿命的50%。超载还使轮胎温度升高、气压加大，增加橡胶和帘布的疲劳，容易造成脱层。
3.避免快速起步、紧急刹车或急速转弯。
4.避开路面上的坑洞或障碍物。
5.避免撞到马路崖石，停车时不要骑上马路崖石。
6.务必使用和轮胎尺寸相配合的轮毂（主要指宽度），否则是极其危险的。
九、轮毂保养：
要保持轮毂外观的漂亮，除了在驾驶过程中要格外小心防止轮毂的意外损伤外，还要定期地对轮毂进行维护和保养。
如果有时间应当每周进行一次彻底的清洁。
1.洗去轮毂表面上附着的沙粒和容易对轮毂造成损伤的污垢。否则，合金的表面会受到腐蚀和损伤。
2.用防酸清洁剂对轮毂的内外表面进行处理。最好每2个月给轮毂上一次蜡，这样可以延长轮毂的使用寿命。
3.为了不破坏轮毂表面自身的保护层，不能对轮毂使用油漆光亮剂或其他研磨材料。当合金防护漆受到损坏时，如行驶中受到硬物的碰划有伤痕时，应尽快对合金轮毂进行修理，重新喷漆。这最好到专业维修站进行。
