为了住的不憋屈，三房改两房，图都在第一页，大安装开始了（参赛2012）
【心情引子】：装修其实是一种自我实现，自我满足的过程，尽管会有很多不如意，但享受其中。 （所有图片都在第一页，随时更新，图片党可以不用翻页了，字多了看的累）
【日记概述】：由于之前一直这样那样的事耽搁下来了，所以没有心情写自己的日记，现在得空好好恶补一下，一来可以给大家一个前车之鉴，二来也方便自己整理一下装修的成果。基本以图为主，方便同学们直观的了解。
【装修定位】：简约再简约，现代再现代。&&
【装修预算】：开始时10W，中间增加到15W，现在眼看要突破20W了，真是无底洞！
【装修公司】：最后再说（看最后效果，效果好就说，不好就不说）

【建筑面积】：118+26（阁楼）
【户型】：三室两厅两卫+阁楼，改造后变两室两厅两卫（原因是原有厨房和餐厅太小憋屈），但书房没有了，只好到阁楼看书了。不过为了让老婆能够有个宽敞的环境帮我们做饭，我觉得值了，毕竟一日三餐天天和厨房打交道，民以食为天，厨房最重要。

【注意事项】：但愿我是你的前车之鉴（随时更新补充...）
1、一定要看预算报价明细，忽略的的地方，就是将来的增项，血直飚 （装修公司是不会把所有的项目都列到里面的，为的是报价看起来比较低）
2、该敲的墙一定要敲掉，水电插座一定要预留设计好，土建 水电等基础性的不能马虎。（马桶旁一定要留插座，浴缸一定要量好尺寸在订，否则将来有放不进去的可能）
3、瓷砖的选择，一定要多看看 多选选，大品牌不一定好，小品牌不一定差。（花色不要太花哨，除非你特别喜欢花）--这上面有点浪费钱了，花了一万一多。
4、有阁楼的同学注意了，阁楼装修的成本远远超过本身的购买成本，想住人的话，一定要装空调，开天窗，不然闷啊！
5、楼梯的选择也是不要只看价格，要看细节（木板厚度，钢管托的尺寸大小，拉丝的直径粗细），能宽点就宽点，不要太憋屈了。
6、室内烟道，能敲就敲了，走外面开孔比较好！
7、阳光房封阳台，建议802铝材 不锈钢支架 钢化双玻（和普通的价格差不多）--这上面省钱了，质量也不错，才花了8000多。
8、能不装移门的地方，尽量别装，开放式厨房是主流，移门容易下沉，轨道容易坏，推拉起来声音响不方便。卫生间够大最好做平开门。
9、看了俊泽厚德的装修日记，我想起来以后装修一定要搞一个足够大的弱电箱，光猫和无限路由器可能还有个HUB会放里面，所以空间要足够大，最好模块化安装，也可能有散热问题，都要考虑好了。不然将来很可能一入住就要拖明线难看。这一点很可能会在装修之初被忽略，后期瓦工结束就难弥补了，毕竟装修公司懂系统集成的少，一般电工也不怎么懂弱电系统。很少人考虑可视门禁，密码防盗门，红外线入侵报警，看来我们的生活还是跟不上科技的进步，这些国外早已普及的项目，难入寻常百姓家。

1、强烈建议半包（我选择的半包）
2、懒人钱多可以选择全包
3、牛人可以选择清包
4、注意事项：不要光看价格，要仔细看报价清单。现在基本都是免费量房 免费出图和报价。但是一般装修公司图和报价不会给你带走，所以要仔细的对应起来看，否则就成为将来增项的可能。

1、找喜欢的装修公司和设计师（不要只看价格，要看人，我家的设计师很帅，很热心，很有缘）

楼主一开始的构想不错，当初我拿房的时候设计师也让我家把厨房扩大到餐厅，小书房改成餐厅，楼上设一个小书房，但是当时没采纳，现在后悔，吃饭的地方太拥挤了，吃的不爽

其实我蛮想自己设计设计的。哈哈 户型不错哦 二楼可以好好发挥，正常情况下二楼和一楼花的银子差不多.如果有户型图可以一起研究下，能少走弯路，前期一定要设计好，该敲的敲掉，该砌的砌好，以后再改就不是容易的事了。

像结构柱、梁等结构是不能随便敲，框架现浇好以后再用砖垒的分割墙，不承重，敲了也无妨。不过我楼板开洞确实也是不得以而为之，原来的楼梯洞设计的太不是地方了，占了一半餐厅，估计当时开发商的设计人员真是脑残了。

8、能不装移门的地方，尽量别装，开放式厨房是主流，移门容易下沉，轨道容易坏，推拉起来声音响不方便。卫生间够大最好做平开门。
& &&&需要更正楼主的是 开放式的厨房固然漂亮 但是你有没有为实际想过，你以后一炒菜油烟全部都能被你的油烟机吸走吗？油呛味到时候在你房子里四处游走的时候，估计那时你就要骂坑爹了& &设计师有没有提醒过你呢？，，，，，，&&还有，移门方面我算是半个专家吧，所有的移门绝没有下沉的现象，只有滚轮正常磨损，但是磨损的那点高度可以忽略不计了，还有，几乎所有的移门轨道都不会坏 轨道是最不容易坏的部位，除非是人为破坏&&呵呵&&顺便自我推荐一下，楼主移门可以全部都在我这里做 包你终身维修&&价格市场最低 谁叫咱是邻居

谢谢哦，其实主要是我们在家烧菜烧的少，一个星期也没几顿在家吃，所以就考虑了开放式厨房。80 90后都比较懒，没几顿在家烧饭吃，设计师原来设计的至少有4道移门，后来觉得空间大，做开门也不占地方，尤其是客卫，装开门可以装把锁，免得洗澡的时候被人不小心打扰。好的移门确实质量也好，报价都在七八百左右一个平方，比实木复合烤漆门还贵点。
