简单地回答，是可以的，但它的调光范围太校低到一定的程度驱动电路要停振，或是不亮，或是闪烁。 LED本身是可以通过改变电压来改变亮度的。成品的LED灯就要看它的驱动方式，如是直接的电阻限流就能改变电压调光。

电子器件老化，频率下降，亮度自然就下来了，还有就是灯管里面的真空度不够，灯丝挥发过快。导致电阻变大，买个贵点的，或者品牌好的就不会这样了
节能灯的寿命由两部分组成：
①灯管的寿命：灯管的寿命跟它的原材料、制造工艺、制造设备、以及质量控制及保证体系有非常大的关系。其中原材料首先就影响一个产品的寿命，并决定一个产品寿命长短。但是原材料好，如果工艺、设备、技术及管理没有配合好，只要一个环节出问题，这个产品的寿命周期就会很短。
②电子镇流器的寿命：一个普通型节能灯的电子镇流器大约由30个元器件组成，如果其中一个原器件损坏，那么这个节能灯就不能点亮；如果一个电子镇流器的原器件非常好，但如果参数适配不好，电子镇流器的寿命也不会长；如果上面两项都做得很好，但如果工艺控制不好，质量管理控制不好，上面的功夫即使做得再好也是白费。
从上面的分析我们可以看出做出一个产品是由很多环节组成，只要其中一个环节出错，这个产品就做不好。

节能灯也能调节亮度的，只是需要一定的电子线路，不能象白炽灯那样用简单的可变电阻来调节。
节能灯与日光灯一样，靠两端灯丝放电而亮。线路中加电阻，两灯丝间电压降低到一定程度，放电就放不成了，灯会灭掉。车灯的亮度不可以调节吗_百度知道

DIY成功增加大灯高度调节和失败的仪表亮度调节功能
在成功改装了氙气大灯之后，看到了08款原来是带大灯高度调节电机的。在学习了论坛里很多同学的帖子之后，成功恢复了原厂的大灯高度调节功能。（另外仪表调节功能恢复失败）
所需材料清单：
1.我08款2.0途安由于简配，大灯调节开关和大灯亮度调节按钮都没有了，只剩下两个塑料片，因此首先需要大灯调节按钮，此外还需要调节按钮的插头1个，仪表插针8个。
2.大灯调节按钮要接三路线到左、右大灯，需要6-8米左右的线。发动机舱的线最好用防火波纹管保护。
3.大灯插头增加插针，和防水塞，左右各三个，总共6个插针和6个防水塞。
4.恢复仪表亮度调节功能还需要J519的G插头仪表插针3个。

大灯调节的图纸：
V49是大灯调节电机，接三路线到E102大灯调节按钮。
对应的接线是：
大灯插头的1脚----------------》灯光调节按钮插头1脚同时保险盒取电12V
大灯插头的2脚----------------》灯光调节按钮插头2脚
大灯插头的3脚----------------》灯光调节按钮插头4脚同时接地
另外灯光调节按钮3，8要连接大灯开关按钮用来给调节按钮照明用。（这样晚上打开大灯开关，调节按钮就会亮了）

安装总结：
1. 大灯高度调节按钮作为原厂功能，如果大灯本身就带电机的话，恢复起来还是比较简单的，而且成本也比较低。特别是改了氙气大灯之后，这个功能还是很有用的。由于氙气照射距离比较远，跑高速的话抬高近光的高度，近光的照射距离可以大幅的提高，在城市的话，降低近光高度，对安全行车还是有帮助的。我这个放到1的话，跑高速基本可以照射到路右边的高速路牌了。
2.仪表亮度调节我也按图纸进行了接线，但是转动调节按钮仪表没反应，又检查了一遍接线，接线应该没有问题。我是08款的途安，我想可能仪表或者线路有简配，本身不一定支持亮度调节了。给以后改仪表亮度的同学一个参考。不过，仪表调节本身是比较鸡肋的功能，有了也难得用，呵呵！
