　　润滑油在老化过程形成的石油醚不溶物，可以分成有机不溶物和无机不溶物两类。有机物主要由润滑油中的燃料不完全燃烧的产物组成，如碳化物、胶质和沥青质等，无机物主要是尘埃和零件磨损颗粒（光谱技术分析的硅和金属元素）。在气缸活塞组件配合副中，第一道气环和环槽的工作条件最恶劣。当第一道气环和环槽磨损显著增加时，润滑油中的有关金属元素也增加。曲轴箱窜气量主要取决于气缸活塞组件的磨损，特别在环和环槽配合间隙增大而发生环震时，窜气量将剧增。　　曲轴箱的燃气量增加时，可使进人曲轴箱的燃料不完全燃烧产物数量加大，润滑油温度升高，加速润滑油变质老化过程，使气缸活塞组件的温度增高，活塞环失去弹性，气缸活塞组件的磨损增大，污染润滑油，在环和环槽上形成积炭，致使活塞环卡死或折断、活塞环槽烧熔，增大润滑油的损耗，降低发动机动力。　　曲轴箱内的窜气量增加时，可使润滑油温度升高，加速其氧化过程，运动粘度迅速降低，磨损颗粒和尘埃增加，石油醚不溶物提高，燃油中的硫化物形成腐蚀性强的酸性物质，pH值显著下降。改善二冲程发动机的碱性保持性降低环的磨损改善碱值和控制不溶物，超过第二代油产品矿物油中加人少最抗氧剂与清净剂第一次加入无灰分散添加剂改善分散性能，控制活塞沉积物。

[size=+0][size=+0]俄国人的砖家把加热到400°一分钟,然后观察机油状况,个别核心地带，当然达到了300-600°。不然全铝发动机仅仅是为了轻？当然这个测试不能说明机油的好坏，但是可以从某些方面反应基础油以及添加剂的品质。还有机油的耐久度也就是老化度。当然老化了也关系到流动性和润滑性，毕竟机油叫做发动机润滑油。机油老化了，燃油会加大，发动机声音会变大，发动机磨损也会变大（你们说的，我复制粘贴的）

注意：508官方给出的，适合的是10W-40，5W-40和0W-40！当然10W-50，5W-50，0W-50也可以，但是费油。5W-30的大多数不适用，别用！！少数油压能达到要求的可以用，但是建议别轻易冒险。

可以看到0W40和尊护的结果都是比较理想的，而其他三款极护出现了类似乳化的情况（之所以会发黑是因为同时还有碳化），液面明显减少，说明基础油不能耐受高温发生化学反应了，这样的油已经不能使用了。

德国人的品质果然亚克西啊！通过测试没压力，看来德国力魔官方宣传的60000公里一换，也是对的，在欧洲是建议30000公里一换，在我国是建议公里一换！加入配套的（力魔3721发动机陶瓷抗磨修复剂）或者便宜一点的（力魔7178发动机强效润滑剂）更是如丝般顺滑！力魔是添加剂的泰斗啊！~敢能加的添加剂也只有力魔，毕竟国内的垃圾产品太多了！

摩特在对8100的大幅缩水后只有xlite系列才含有脂了（其他8100含脂量少到可以忽略不计）结果很悲剧，所以以后别被忽悠了，8100不都是好货。300v出现了明显的碳化，怀疑是脂类的关系，后面的红线也出现相同情况。这也是为什么大家公认的红线必须3000公里就要换，摩特7000公里就要换的原因，耐久性不好。当然这两品牌的机油都是很好的，只是耐久度不行而已

可以看到测试的5个灰壳全军覆没（都是最高级别的灰壳），结果非常离谱，其中2个出现比较严重的碳化，还有3个也出现了类似乳化的情况。看来有些厂商确实把利益放到了第一位。（据不可靠消息，灰壳根本不能算全合成，只是3类基础油+氢裂变，4类以上的才能成为全合成油）。这也是大家说的壳牌不耐久，最多8000公里就必须换的原因。但是壳牌的清洁性和低速的节油性很OK，各有各的技术吧。但是不适合长效保养的车主，老化真严重。

顶级的9000系列只能说很悲剧。据用过的朋友说衰减非常快，和摩特300v不相上下了。不知道为什么道达尔广告宣传的是耐久性！骗人啊，哎！卖得也贵，没啥特色，不建议用。不就是赞助了PSA而已嘛。

赛车油的碳化非常严重，和多元脂感觉有一定关系，5W40的结果比较理想。3000KM一换也是正常的，毕竟性能很好。

测试的5个油中，除了半合成的速霸3000出现了类似乳化的情况，其他几款油的情况都比较不错。看来pao基础油真的是非常强大。不过这些都是欧洲产的美孚，国产的另说，包括嘉实多和壳牌！

作为多家车厂的装车油厂商，福斯的测试结果还是很不错的。不过5W-40的老化严重。其他5W-30.0W-20的很好，也许是粘度低的原因，也许是配方的原因。

[size=+0][size=+0]总结一下，其实油泥就是这样来的，机油经过高温发生变化后的产物就变成了油泥，这就是为什么好的机油用几万升值几十万公里后发动机里还是干干净净的（机油能碰到的地方），好的机油不容易发生变质，其中的清净剂还可以把摩擦留下的金属屑以及其他垃圾均匀的悬浮在机油里，保养的时候一并带走。再次申明，这只是我的一点猜测呵呵。毕竟任何官方测试机构是不会做这种测试的。
[size=+0][size=+0]另外说明下，这个是外国人的测试，而且是专业的机油论坛的各个高手为了模拟在正常100°行驶30000公里机油老化，他们讨论论证，定为测试400°一分钟。仅此而已。怀疑也没错，但是人家用车几十年了，比你我厉害吧？
原帖在CHH机油版块，还有其他专业机油论坛也有，具体的创作人是谁，我不清楚。具体是不是机构测试的我也不清楚。看看也不死。别和我说专业知识，我懂不起。
