乌龟已经养了有5 6 年了 最近吃完虾肉就拉稀还是墨绿色的 我怀疑是得了肠胃炎 现在是连食物都吃不进去了也不拉了 它看到食物还是想吃 每次它吃到嘴里就没一会儿全吐出来了 用手拿起来它的时候能明显感觉到它肚子的位置有明显的震动 好像肚子里面在打滚一样 很心疼啊 请问这要怎么治疗？
