目的:探讨手术室护理中应用细节护理对患者安全性的影响效果.方法:选取我院自自2014年5月-2015年5间采用手术方式治疗的100例患者,按照数字随机法以1:1的比例进行分配,对照组50例采用手术室常规护理干预;观察组患者50例采用细节护理干预,采用自制护理质量评价问卷对两种护理模式的服务质量进行评价;使用焦虑自评量表(SAS)量表、抑郁自评量表(SDS)对患者治疗前后的心理状态进行评估.结果:经护理干预后两组患者的焦虑、抑郁程度均显著改善,观察组患者改善效果优于对照组组(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组,P<0.05.结论:细节护理干预在手术护理中应用能够显著改善护理质量,缓解其负面情绪,值得推荐应用.
