& & 一个鲜为人知的地方：离合器片的匹配，就连百度上也没有相应介绍，所以很多人不去关注。更有原因是修理行业，只是换件，而不从事改装，从事改装的又因不好解决而避而不谈，故不能详，今天咱们来关注一下。

& &笔者因为去汽配寻找合适的离合器压盘及离合器片，才知道一个别人从来不提及的内容，不同排量的车子，离合器片是不一样大的，也就是说，排量增大，离合器片也要增大。，有一套排量体系的不同发动机：仿1.0的吉利1.0、仿夏利1.1的吉利1.1、 仿夏利1.3的、仿1.5的和远景1.5、自主研发的华普海尚1.6、华普海尚1.8
& & 那天我需要一个合适的离合器片，店家拿出好几个大小不同离合器片，这些离合器片就是与吉利轿车不同排量车型相对应的，我在想，吉利这么聪明，模仿夏利并自主研发，还收购沃尔沃！怎么在这个问题上犯傻呢？！非要搞出这么多不同大小的离合器片。
与吉利一样，夏利不同排量的车子，也有不同的离合器片：

& & 吉利 海尚 1.6 1.8 排量的离合器片比威志1.5的还要大一些，当时有比较，没带相机没拍照，这个是我自己收藏的旧件，有的车友笑话我收藏旧件，收藏旧件是要从中动脑子想问题的！
增排量增动力，是一个车甚至是一个厂家的开发行为，需要各方面都有相应变动才完美，否则也只是自我陶醉罢了，只是增动力，其它的不改变，动力靠什么输出（离合器），又输出到哪儿去（变速箱-&车轮）？！值得大家深思
& &其实从图片上可以看出，就从图片上天津一汽这三种离合器片来说，有效截面的单位宽度还是差不主多的，只是随着半径增大，接触面积增大了不少。
& & 这个，就有点类似，三缸夏利与四缸夏利的前刹车盘，也有大小的不同，这个，在不同排量的车上也是有不同的，这个咱们作为以后的专题来讨论。
& & 其实变速箱里的一轴二轴、齿轮，在不同排量上也有区别，只是不象离合器片及刹车盘刹车片这样阶梯明显和有节凑。也可以作为专题探讨。
& & 在其它车系不同排量的车子，轮胎宽度也有区别，这个你注意过了吗？想在增排量的情况下还不费油，想想需要拿什么做为代价呢？

对比上去，外部一样大，里边与离合器片接触的部分有面积的区别！！

& & 1.7离合器片相对好解决，只加工压盘和离合器片就可以搞定，暂时装1.7离合器片，因为本来我的车也不到1.8，而是1.7多，所以配这款离合器片，也正好。不过，换装1.8离合器片，就需要加工飞轮、做手术、做动平衡了

难得看到这个板块还有技术贴。。。
根据我的经验，早期的威姿哪怕就是换了4AFE或者7AFE发动机，只要驾驶习惯和技术没问题，原装离合套件还是可以承受的，包括下赛道，所以这个还真不是必须改装的部分。。。
后期的离合套件质量下降明显，如果换更大排量发动机那确实就应该考虑更换离合套件。。。
