【改装美容】大灯远光灯 LED试制
去年把近光灯改了氙气灯，用的小糸双光透镜，欧司朗4300K灯泡和华科安定，无奈现在其他无良司机改氙气灯根本不加透镜，把人晃得睁不开眼睛，朝他闪远光灯根本不理你，明锐的车又不支持改远光氙气灯，当时郁闷之极，感觉白装透镜了，还不如日本车，像，人家根本不装透镜，那亮度。。。（话说全反光碗效果还是好的，双光透镜因为有变光阀，阉割了部分反光碗，因此有光损失，但是对别人不好）呵呵，废话太多了，言归正传。说回LED
& && & 改装LED是曲折复杂的过程，为此在LED强光手电论坛里呆了好长时间收集资料，当时初步的方案是远光灯改双光氙气灯，从电池直接供电，中间加一个继电器，控制端连近光灯，然后在远光灯位置加装3颗科瑞Q5芯片，接远光灯线，这样白天闪灯的时候只开LED，晚上开4个近光灯，远光灯是4只远光+LED，后来这个方案被否定了，因为氙气灯的发热量是LED受不了的，而且涉及远光灯位置加透镜支架，比较麻烦，再说氙气灯启动的巨大电压和电流害怕会加重电池负担。
& &虽然第一个方案被否，心中还是不甘，因为年初的时候，我自制了LED倒车灯，用的是3颗科瑞芯片串联，加一个恒流电源，每个芯片只是用了显存散热片来散热，然后用双面胶粘在灯仓里，大家都知道倒车顶多用几分钟，所以散热问题不是大事，改好后的结果让人很满意，后来在论坛里看到有人试验结果R5芯片在同样电流下发热量小于Q5，而且芯片的光通量比较高，这样的话，选择9个芯片就应该能解决问题，原先曾经想用3颗T6芯片，后来因为巨热量放弃，因为咱们明锐的远光灯灯仓太小了，这在选择散热设备上有很大困难。最终确定方案用9颗科瑞R5芯片，三组横流电源驱动，在12V下是710mA，汽车上的电压应该是13.9V，电流为822mA，对应光通量约为280LM。9颗约为2500LM，原车卤素灯为1000LM，氙气灯是3000LM，光通量基本和氙气灯相当。灯座准备采用全铜灯座，一定要是全铜的，不然热量短时间散发不出去，灯座后面的散热片原先用的铝制显卡散热，后来被否了，铝制的散热比较慢，后来采用了纯铜的，很难找，不过还是被找到了，因为是灯仓的缘故，如果灯仓够大，直接上热管风扇了，这个方案最终确定下来，散热还是不理想，只支持短时间开启，比如一个小时左右，如果想长时间开，需要加水冷，或者关掉一组，用6个芯片。不过本人只追求亮度，夜路又不多，还是开了9颗，水冷散热不是一般的麻烦，先打住，以后再慢慢改造，上图
