——门头沟义务教育均衡发展巡礼（四）
&&& 本报讯（通讯员石明廷）山区是教育均衡的重点难点，是制约我区教育优质均衡发展的关键。近年来，区教委通过加大教育投入、改善办学条件、提高教师待遇、搭建城乡互动平台等措施，进一步推进城乡教育优质均衡，使山区教育质量迅猛提升,呈现出异彩纷呈的良好局面。
&&& 大台中心小学“蓓蕾工作室”&促进青年教师快速成长
&&& 学校地处山区、大部分学生来自矿工家庭、全校教师平均年龄不足30岁，许多教师来自非教育专业大专院校。针对教师年轻化、缺少教育教学经验等问题，2010年9月，学校启动了以“蓓蕾工作室”为平台的青年教师培养计划，在实践中探索出了一条适合本校教师的发展模式，利用青年教师精力充沛、工作热情高等特点，将制约教师自身和学校发展的劣势转化为优势。
结合目标激励、评比激励、情感激励等政策的实施，蓓蕾教师的工作动力被最大限度地激发出来。学校每年五六月份都要举办蓓蕾教师课堂交流汇报活动，为教师们提供历练、展示的舞台。历时4年多的蓓蕾工作室建设，促使学校一大批青年教师迅速成长成才，不少人在市区各项课堂教学竞赛及论文评比中取得了优异成绩，这使大台中心小学这支队伍成为山区教育的一面旗帜。2014年，大台中心小学一举摘得“全国教育系统先进集体”的荣誉称号。

&&& 在2014年“三个北京”雏鹰主题建言活动中，王平村中心小学高度重视、积极参与。在老师指导下，先后有六名同学的建言通过网上专家评审，进入第一轮现场评审。活动不仅培养了孩子们积极参与建言的意识，同时也锻炼了他们的观察力、分析力和缜密的思维力。学校还将一如既往地开展多彩的教育活动，努力培养出有自信、有责任、有能力的小学生。
&&& 【品味书香清雅 碰撞思想火花】
&&& 本报讯（通讯员 杨培培）日前，育园小学及附属幼儿园的老师们举办了“6789读书社”启动仪式暨第一期读书交流活动。
&&& 活动分为“破冰仪式”和“读书交流”两个环节。“破冰仪式”回顾了书社由建立到第一次活动中社员利用业余时间筹备书社、组织读书和线上交流的瞬间。“读书交流”环节大家就路遥的《平凡的世界》中的人物性格特点进行了讨论，就场景和陕西文学写作手法等进行了深入分析。教师们共同分享讨论，收获良多。
&&& “6789读书社”由育园小学及附属幼儿园的26名教师组成，6、7、8、9四个数字分别代表了教师的年龄结构由60后、70后、80后和90后构成，寓意不同年代间教师共同品味书香清雅，碰撞思想火花。读书社引导和激励广大教师爱读书、读好书，进而扎实推进“书香型校园”的建设。
