帕萨特领驭倒车灯和小灯故障
&一辆行驶里程约4.9万km的 2009年上海大众帕萨特新领驭1. 8T轿车。客户反映：该车右侧倒车灯不亮，打开小灯时小灯亮，若打开小灯时同时挂入倒档，右侧小灯和右侧倒车灯都不亮。
故障诊断：打开车辆灯光，检查右侧小灯和右侧倒车灯确实工作不正常，故障如客户所述。经过和客户沟通，得知该车出现过事故，前两天刚修完，此故障是在这之后出现的。与该事故车的维修人员进行了沟通，得知该车的右前A柱侧有几根线束在车辆出现事故时被挤断。分析被挤断的线束可能是倒车灯和小灯的线束，维修人员在处理线束的时候，由于未完全修复，造成了此故障。
首先对曾经被挤断的线束进行检查，发现该线束的颜色和小灯、倒车灯线束的颜色不符，因此之前的猜测被推翻。考虑到小灯和倒车灯的接地线接触不良也有可能造成此类故障，于是先根据电路图检查右侧尾灯和右侧倒车灯的线路。
查看电路图得知，右侧倒车灯和右侧尾灯都是通过T4dm/1经过横截面积为1. 0m2的棕色导线进行接地的，接地点位于右侧B柱下部。接地点的固定螺栓松动也会导致该故障现象。拆开右侧B柱装饰板检查接地点固定螺栓是否牢固，接地点正常，未发现氧化现象。还有可能是接地线在车辆发生事故的时候右侧线束即将挤断又没有完全断开。从右侧车身内抽出线束检查是否有破损现象，发现棕色的接地线已经断开，如图19所示。由于车辆在出现事故的时候该线束即将被挤断，处于虚接状态，当打开尾灯时，由于尾灯是发光二极管，用的电流很小，所以能正常工作。当挂入倒车档时，倒车灯是普通灯泡，需要的电流比较大，虚接的接地线造成电压降过大，导致倒车灯和小灯均不能正常工作。
故障排除：修复挤断的接地线，故障彻底排除。

、LM倒车灯，做次小白鼠吧。3、LED前示宽灯，看着挺漂亮的（广告宣传啊！），没几个钱，换。4、LED前雾灯，这个和黄金眼选了很久，也想过换原配的普通灯泡，试一次吧（广告很有杀伤力，但对广告效果……50%的效果就可以接受吧）5、商家送了后备箱灯泡，当然要用了。6、没换车内LED照明灯泡，一是平时用的很少，只有后座开门灯总用（只在开门的时候）。二是个人认为太亮了，万一开车的时候有人用灯，影响安全。原厂的黄色光现在用着挺好的。7、大灯的灯泡去年自己换的，参考了大家的作业，换起来挺简单的。& & 通过参考大家发的作业，收到LED的当天就把前示宽灯换了，有了换大灯灯泡的经验，毫无难度（有个小插曲：当天换完天色还不太暗，回家的路上只开了示宽灯，没开前大灯。第二天下大雪，想开大灯之前突然感觉好象忘了点什么，换完示宽灯好象有支大灯的电源插头忘了插了，结果一开大灯——果然，只有右边大灯亮，靠边停车、关大灯、开机盖、插电源，开大灯，OK了。）& & 第二天中午暴雪，没给换刹车灯的机会。& & 第三天中午，吃罢午饭，天气还有些冷，可LED在手上，心里急呀，开工。先易后难吧（第一天也拆过尾灯，没拆下来，所以后备箱灯就变成“易”了）。（1）按照前辈的教导，先把后备箱开关锁定，后备箱灯熄灭（断电安全）。（2）从右侧取下灯罩，按压卡扣，拔下电源插头，取下灯泡（好烫）。（3）换上LED，插上电源，装回原位，后备箱解锁，OK！原来的黄色灯光变成白色的了。& & 尾灯部分开始：大家在作业里都说：拆下螺丝后用螺丝刀包上东西去轻轻敲尾灯，再用向后拍的方法，等等。各位兄弟，我用了上述方法后，是真的没拆下来啊！最后本人综合了大家向后拍的经验，双手按在尾灯的侧面向后推，OK！搞定（不要用蛮力，但也要用点力的，多试几下，就会OK了），取出原刹车灯泡，换上LED，回车里开示宽灯，LED亮了，OK；取出原倒车，换上LED，回车里插入钥匙、通电（不用着车），挂倒档，LED倒车灯亮了，OK！第一支尾灯一共用了半个小时。& & 有了正确的经验，第二支尾灯用时6、7分钟，搞定。& & 本来来想把后雾灯一起也换LED的，可后雾灯在后备箱上，要拆后备箱盖的内饰，想了一下，后雾都不怎么用，而且同事以前说过我的后雾灯太亮、晃眼睛，说明亮度OK，就没换。& & 换的过程中给大家拍了一些照片，特别是我一直在前辈们作业中最想看到，可始终没看到的LED与原来灯对比，供大家参考。

拆尾灯螺丝的照片没传上来，哎，也是个简单动作，没传上来就算了，拆下后和大家的一样，里面有些土，现在是冬季，都冻住了（看到地上的雪了吗？昨天刚下的）

装回去试试我最想看到的——与原刹车灯的亮度对比（目前是示宽灯模式），可能是角度问题，中午12：30，原来的灯只有一点光，LED明显醒目很多，满意！
