减小增大　　昨晚吃完饭后，就到楼下转了半小时，算是溜达消耗能量，更是感受晚上居民楼附近的夜市。白天忙于工作，无暇体验这样的休闲时光。看着街边的货品神马都有，感觉生活在现代的人也是挺幸福的。人要知足，知足才会心态平衡，才会体会到生活中的点滴快乐。边走边瞧，有点渴了，想买半个西瓜回家吃，走到西瓜摊边，都是切开的西瓜在候着买主呢。看上去是挺鲜红的，也方便买主看了合适就能买。但是我有点担心，这西瓜切开了多久?切开太久的西瓜建议不要买。点击图片进入下一页　　西瓜切开后要尽快食用，吃不完的部分要用保鲜膜封好，放入冰箱冷藏。西瓜富含葡萄糖、果糖、蔗糖、水分以及各种其他营养物质，为细菌的新陈代谢及生长繁殖提供必备的原料和足够的能量，再加上夏季高温，为细菌繁殖提供了适宜的温度环境，存放在普通环境里无法保证西瓜的新鲜，其口感和外观都有很大改变。　　其实验表明，在室内环境下两小时，裸露的西瓜表面就开始滋生细菌，因为细菌由外向内滋生，所以即使切除表面部分果肉，内瓤仍有不少细菌。　　另外，一些营养物质在高温条件下也会被破坏，如西瓜中维生素c，高温及阳光都使其流失，但在低温条件下，只会减缓营养物质的释放率，如西瓜中的番茄素和胡萝卜素在采收后的增长速度会因环境温度低而减缓，而不会有营养物质的破坏。　　虽然冰箱低温可以延长西瓜“寿命”，但放入冰箱的西瓜也不能存太久，最好不要超过12小时。冰箱不是保险箱，冷藏只能抑制细菌的繁殖，而不能冻死致病菌，甚至有些病菌在冰箱里仍然可以繁殖、生长，给人们带来疾病的威胁。如由耶尔贺氏菌引起的急性胃肠炎和食物中毒，又称“冰箱病”或“雪柜病”。这种病菌在0℃以下也能污染食物，西瓜就是容易受污染者。　　因此，买瓜的时候留个心眼，在外边太阳底下搭棚卖的切开的西瓜少买，要买就买现切的，现吃。或者整个购买。
